COC/NC: change over dry contact. Normally cool used for hot/cold

water or air change over switching in 2 pipe systems.

COS: change over sensor. Used for hot/cold water or air change over

switching in 2 pipe systems.

Occupancy Command

Loc Occ: occupancy is determined by local sequences.

Occupied: force occupied mode.

Unoccup: force unoccupied mode.
